Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be cancelled at least 2 hours before your scheduled service time. If you fail to show up for your appointment or give adequate notice, you will be charged a 50% fee of the scheduled service. I understand emergencies come up, so please call or text 970-646-8430 as soon as you are aware you will be unable to make your appointment time.
LATE POLICY
All appointments will be given a 10 minute grace period. In effort to maintain the integrity of other scheduled appointments, we will need to reschedule if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment. This will also be subject to a 50% fee. Thank you for understanding.
